Cannot Login Planet.com

I’m trying to login in Planet.com and I can’t. I receive a message “SAML authentication failure” and the screen get back to login.Already try in Chrome and Firefox. Cannot login in both browsers.So, a I create another account to look for some help in this Forum. Other error “user is blocked”.

To have a planet developer account

I have a basic user account. How can I have access to the high resolution planet scope data and UDM2?do i need to have a separate develop account?

The Planet Data doesn't load in the Map Sourc, it eports in browser this message “You've run out of tiles! Reach out to support@planet.com to get more.”Thanks.

NICFI Basemaps License for Competition Student

I am a student at a university. Can I use the Planet/NICFI basemap for academic competitions, even if I get a prize if I win?What are the applicable terms of service and license based on my case?-of course I will include copyright in the map I make.
