I’m trying to login in Planet.com and I can’t. 
I receive a message “SAML authentication failure” and the screen get back to login.

Already try in Chrome and Firefox. Cannot login in both browsers.

So, a I create another account to look for some help in this Forum.

 

Other error “user is blocked”.

Support helped me resolve the issue. I'm leaving it here in case it can help someone else. Below is the message from support:

I have verified that your email address was associated with our Global AOI Trial program. Regrettably, your trial expired on 2021-12-26, resulting in the inability to log in or reset your password.
 
While the Global Trial is no longer available, we do have other programs that you may qualify for. ESA-sponsored Network of Resources and ESA Earthnet program. You can explore our Education page for tutorials, user guides, use cases, and other examples.

 

And my solution was:

After I registered and logged in to the website https://eoiam-idp.eo.esa.int/, as suggested, everything worked fine.
The website above is the ESA Earthnet program website, mentioned in the answer.
After I re-registered, the login to Planet.com worked fine with the account
