Could anyone share historical satellite imagery of this structure from the period of February 10 to March 20, 2018? It is crucial that the images distinctly illustrate the transition through three stages: construction, completion, and demolition.The location is 22°41'44.22"N 114°16'09.71"E.The focus should be on the area in the middle of​ the rectangular white building and the basketball court, where a building started and finished construction before being torn down during this timeframe.

Good morning,I have been granted an education and research license to use while working on my MSc, and I downloaded my first scenes. I am new to this, so I downloaded a scene that had a number of images in it. When I tried to use this in QGIS to calculate vegetation differences using NDVI, I found that there was visible striping in the mosaic, and I cannot use the scene. I have done some research and now understand that this can happen, and I have subsequently gone to look at the available scenes for the day I would like to download from, and found that there is one download where my whole study area is covered by one image. I will now download this one. I wanted to ask if there is any way that the part of my monthly quota that I used to download the scenes that are unusable can be reset. Hello,I am reaching out to you in connection with my ongoing master's thesis, which involves the analysis of satellite images. I am currently utilizing a standard Education and Research Account. As my thesis progresses, I anticipate the need for a larger volume of data, and I am concerned that the freely available download area may not be sufficient for my requirements.Is there a possibility to extend the monthly download limit for my account. If such an extension is available, could you please provide details on whether it is a complimentary service for educational and research purposes, or if there is a cost associated with the additional data access? thanks in advance! 

The basic license granted to me as an educator permits use of low resolution data ONLY, so not useful for the targeted use by my PhD students in 11 West African countries. Is there any explanation for this? 

Hello Planet team,I was recently approved for the Education & Research Basic program. My API key works and I can search the catalog successfully - quick-search returns 250+ PSScene results for my AOI.However, I have no download permissions:- The `_permissions` array is empty on all items- The assets endpoint returns an empty response- The Subscriptions platform blocks clip and harmonize tools   ("clip tool use is forbidden", "harmonize tool use is forbidden")- The subscriptions/quota endpoint returns `[]`My research involves multispectral vineyard stress analysis using PlanetScope 8-band imagery (ortho_analytic_8b_sr) in central Chile.Is there an additional provisioning step I'm missing, or does my account need to be manually activated for download access?Thank you for your help.

Greetings all,First of please allow me to say that I am brand new to this platform, and I am not super familiar with all that it has to offer (I am slowly making my way through the Planet University vids) so go easy on me ;) Currently I am working with a student who is interested in detection of invasive plant species based on their spectral signature. For this I need Hi Res imagery (0.5m/px) of my area of interest, which already exist in Planet Explorer.I am not able to download these two images (or better yet, I do not know how to download) for my student project. (20210624_190141_ssc10d1_0015, and 20210624_190141_ssc10d1_0014) The “Order Scenes” button is grayed out.Currently, there is no reason to task new image acquisition because at this time of the year, the plants have already shed their foliage, and I cannot wait until next summer, the project needs to be finished before April. Any guidance is greatly appreciated,Ovidi

Dear all, I have a probably slightly unusual question which is for a satellite art/research project that I am currently conducting between the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and the Scott Polar Research Institute (Cambridge, UK). For this project, I am currently looking for various “durations” that are required for gathering and processing satellite data.For this, we are trying to work with durations that are more than 0,5 seconds (mostly for practical purposes), such as the time it takes for specific satellites to orbit the earth, how long it takes to get which satellite image of what size, or the time span of sending the control command to take an image until the image is available on the ground. I would be very grateful and interested in any hints, thanks in advance!

how do i resolve the conflict between the registration of “global trial”and “education and research”? please help me with it

Nevertheless, I have noticed that the expiration date of my Education and Research Account has passed. I would like to inquire whether it is possible to apply for an extension of the account validity period. Moreover, at present, I am in great need of a substantial amount of data. Hence, I wonder if it would be feasible to increase the monthly download limit of my account. Thank you very much for your kind assistance.I am looking forward to your reply.
