A empresa que trabalho tem contrato com a Planet, porém, não consigo acessar as funcionalidades dentro do Arcgis PRO e do QGIS.

If I understand you correctly you are unable to use Planet imagery within ArcGIS and QGIS.
These courses will teach you how to get set up in the ArcGIS Add- In and the QGIS Plugin.
