Last year, we were running Enterprise S plan that included 400 000 PUs montly. We very rarely used this amount of PUs so we decided to downgrade for the next year and we just have 70 000 PUs montly since yesterday (2026-03-03).
But all of sudden, once the new plan got effective we experience extremely high PU consumption. During the first day it has eaten all out monthly quota. What is worse, we cannot identify source of this increased consumption, since there is obvious mismatch between different sources of information:
(1) the old SentinelHub dashboard claims no increased PU consumption at all - it claims just 690 PUs consumed in last 24 hours
(2) the Planet insights Usage statistics shows a chart where increased consumption is visible in the chart (a high blue bar with representing 58133 PUs consumed in last 24h while numbers above the chart still claims 690 PUs consumed in last 24h
(3) numbers below the chart in Planet Insight Usage statistics also do not justify high consumption reported.
Could you advise which numbers are correct?
Should we be worried we get capped once we deplete you PU quota?
