I am a professor at a US university with a free “Basic” education and research account.  I’m working now on a larger project for which Planet’s imagery would be extraordinarily useful.  I’d like to get a quote to upgrade to a paid “Research” account.

Over the past two weeks I’ve tried (twice) submitting the Sales Contact form (https://www.planet.com/contact-sales/), and then also tried contacting Support (https://support.planet.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).  So far there’s no reply, as far as I can tell (I’ve checked my email spam filter). 

I realize that this would be a small account and thus a low priority for sales.  I’m trying to plan my work schedule for the next month and it would help to get some reply, even if it's a note saying “We’re busy, please get back to us in January” or whatever.
