Issue with Student Account Access – Assistance Needed

Dear Planet Explorer Team,I am a Planet Explorer user with a student account subscription. However, recently I have encountered a problem where my account is no longer accessible. I would like to know if the service has been discontinued or if it needs to be renewed.If it needs to be renewed, I would like to ask for your help and information on the steps or procedures required to reactivate my account. Request for Extension of my Education and Research account

Dear Sir/Madam,I am currently utilizing PlanetScope imagery for the data analysis of my scientific research project. Nevertheless, I have noticed that the expiration date of my Education and Research Account has passed. I would like to inquire whether it is possible to apply for an extension of the account validity period. Moreover, at present, I am in great need of a substantial amount of data. Color difference

Hi, I have downloaded RapidEye spectral reflectance image analytic products for 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019. No color balancing was applied to create a seamless color because it may alter the original reflectance value. Now, if you look at the attached images from 2013, it looks like there is a binary color difference. Also, there is a square shape in the 2011 images. If I use these images for biomass modeling, will this color difference cause a problem or error? If so, how can it be fixedin QGIS? Any suggestions in this matter are highly appreciated. Thank you.

Have quarterly basemaps changed size over the years?

I would like to download quarterly basemaps over my area of interest. I would like data from the first available basemap (global_quarterly_2016q1_mosaic) to the last available (global_quarterly_2024q2_mosaic). I noticed that my query returns 714 unique basemaps for the first time period and 205 for the last time period. The area I get is also very different. I plotted the polygons that define the basemaps and in both cases they completly cover my AOI, but at obviously different resolutions. Do the basemaps share a common resolution across all time periods or have they changed at some point? Need to know if there is a bug in my code, or if this is a feature of the data itself. Thanks!

Monthly NDVI values with a Education and Research Standard (PlanetScope) subscription

Hello geowizars,I have a question. I would like to use monthly or quarterly mosaic data for my analysis and I saw that there are also montly or quarterly NDVI mosaics available. But I do not see how to get them? I tried everything, in QGIS, ArcGIS, Planet Explorer, Planet Orders, etc. Has this to do with my Education and Research Standard (PlanetScope) subscription? Creating DEM or DTM data

DearI have a problem. I have an academic account and they guided me that I am eligible for 5,000 km2 of 3m data with Planet's Basic Research Account. I want to create a DEM or DTM file from the Planet Explorer, but I do not know how to do that. I have some questions:Does Planet Explorer be able to create DEM or DTM data? If yes, how could I download it or create a TIF or txt file and download it? My study case is in “Ponzano di Civitella del Tronto” in Italy. How to get an up to date reference on the size of the PlanetScope Constellation?

I need a current reference for some general information on the size of the PlanetScope constellation for a scientific article. Imagery in Planet Explorer not loading at full resolution

Hi,I have a “Planet’s Basic Education & Research” account. And since some weeks ago, the daily imagery on Planet Explorer is not loading at full resolution. In fact the resolution displayed in the main map window see to be the same than the thumbnail image on the left bar with available dates. I can still order the image and I can download it in full resolution, but I can not see it at full resolution in the explorer as I used to do.Anyone knows why this happens?Thanks!!

Unable to access monthly basemap full resolution images

Hello!I joined the Education and Research Program very early. I have always been able to access the basemap full-resolution data and quarterly full-resolution data. However, after I just logged into the system, I found that I could no longer access the full-resolution data. The prompt was "full resolution". Rates require purchase.
