Password reset mail

Hello,  I was accepted into Planet's Education & Research Program and received an account activation email on 4 May 2026. I am now trying to access my account, but password reset emails are not being delivered to my inbox, including spam/junk folders.

I’m asking on behalf of my other account. I can’t contact customer service without logging in, so I created this temporary account just for that.
