I have exceeded my download limit for the education and research plan; I am at 194%. Will it reset to 0% next month even though I have exceeded 100% this month?

 I am unable to access Planet Basemaps. Anyone can help me?

How can I find rain precipitation and cloud liquid water content data with a spatial resolution of m2, not km2?Is that possible?

How can I view 3D satellite images in planet explorer? I am new here.

Hello, how do I request certificates for Planet University courses?

Hello geowizars,I have a question. I would like to use monthly or quarterly mosaic data for my analysis and I saw that there are also montly or quarterly NDVI mosaics available. But I do not see how to get them? I tried everything, in QGIS, ArcGIS, Planet Explorer, Planet Orders, etc. Has this to do with my Education and Research Standard (PlanetScope) subscription? Bye, Bart

DearI have a problem. I have an academic account and they guided me that I am eligible for 5,000 km2 of 3m data with Planet's Basic Research Account. I want to create a DEM or DTM file from the Planet Explorer, but I do not know how to do that. I have some questions:Does Planet Explorer be able to create DEM or DTM data? If yes, how could I download it or create a TIF or txt file and download it? My study case is in “Ponzano di Civitella del Tronto” in Italy. I need a current reference for some general information on the size of the PlanetScope constellation for a scientific article.  Even on the Planet website there are multiple values for the size of the constellation:130+: https://developers.planet.com/docs/data/planetscope/#:~:text=PlanetScope%2C%20operated%20by%20Planet%2C%20is,3%20meters%20per%20pixel%20resolution. updated March 2024. ~200 https://www.planet.com/products/monitoring/180+ https://www.planet.com/products/planet-imagery/ Which would be the best value to accurately present the size of the constellation?

Hi,I have a “Planet’s Basic Education & Research” account. And since some weeks ago, the daily imagery on Planet Explorer is not loading at full resolution. In fact the resolution displayed in the main map window see to be the same than the thumbnail image on the left bar with available dates. I can still order the image and I can download it in full resolution, but I can not see it at full resolution in the explorer as I used to do.Anyone knows why this happens?Thanks!!

Hello!I joined the Education and Research Program very early. I have always been able to access the basemap full-resolution data and quarterly full-resolution data. However, after I just logged into the system, I found that I could no longer access the full-resolution data. The prompt was "full resolution". Rates require purchase. I would like to know what the current policy is on this area. Is it true that personnel in education and research programs cannot access it? Looking forward to your reply！

Once my time in this college is finished, I’ll lose access to my outlook account and henceforth any Planet data or access. Is there any way to continue using this service even when I am no longer using it for educational purposes? If so, could I transfer any saved searches or user data to another address/account?Thanks, Aaron Moore

I recently just got a basic student account for Planet Labs. With this account am I able to download images from planet explorer? If so, for some reason I can not. All I can seem to do is zoom in on the map and look around, but it is very blurry. I have looked at a few courses and other materials, but can not seem to figure it out. The picture below is from my Planet account. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am also reaching out to customer support.
