Dear Planet Explorer Team,

I am a Planet Explorer user with a student account subscription. However, recently I have encountered a problem where my account is no longer accessible. I would like to know if the service has been discontinued or if it needs to be renewed.

If it needs to be renewed, I would like to ask for your help and information on the steps or procedures required to reactivate my account. Additionally, I would like to confirm whether access to imagery is still available for student accounts. If it is, I would appreciate your assistance in restoring my access.
