After logging in to my account, the E&R program won't load and planet explorer won't work.

Hello,

My account is applying for the E&R program for the second time, and the page comes up with "Authentication Redirect One moment please" and the program won't load and the planet explorer won't work.

How can I solve this problem?

Can you help me with that?
