I hope this message finds you well. I previously had a student account with Planet, which allowed me to access and download satellite imagery at 3.5-meter resolution. However, I am currently encountering an issue where it states, "no plans have been set up."
As a student, this access has been crucial for my academic research, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reactivating my student account. Could you please guide me on how to regain access to my student plan or inform me of any steps I need to take to renew my eligibility?
