Haven't receive account activation email

Hi there,

My friends received an approval email for E&R program on March 15. But He still haven't receive account activation email, and he cannot log in with his account to post here. 
Can you help him with that?  His email account is ---

I have edited your post to remove your friend’s email for privacy/ security reasons.
