I am on an Education and Research plan, but whenever I try to search for images in Planetexplorer, it says there are no results. I have tried multiple different sites and date ranges.

Maybe I am misunderstanding something fundamental - but I should have access to data through Planet Explorer - right?

Best, Klara

Hi @KlaraSørensen

It’s difficult to deduce why exactly you are seeing “no results found” from this screenshot.

If you can try to reduce your filters (especially cloud cover) and adjust your AOI (as it may be too large or too small) to test if any imagery appears.

You can also try toggling on the “show full catalog”, as this will show you all imagery including imagery not available to you depending on what imagery you have access to.

If nothing shows up, please open a ticket with our support team by emailing support@planet.com as this may be an account issue and they will be able to help you further.
