Hi,

I have a “Planet’s Basic Education & Research” account. And since some weeks ago, the daily imagery on Planet Explorer is not loading at full resolution. In fact the resolution displayed in the main map window see to be the same than the thumbnail image on the left bar with available dates. I can still order the image and I can download it in full resolution, but I can not see it at full resolution in the explorer as I used to do.

Anyone knows why this happens?

Thanks!!

For daily scenes specifically, I would recommend that you to open a support ticket as the support team will be able to help figure out why this occurred. You can open a ticket by submitting a request at the Help Center or let me know and I can open one on your behalf!

Hi @elyhienrich ,

My issue was with daily scenes, not basemaps. However, the problems went away when I tested today. Perhaps there is a monthly limit on imagery visualization in Planet Explorer? I though limits were for downloading images, but perhaps there is also a limit for visualization.

Thanks anyway for answering.

Cheers

Hi @elyhienrich ,

Thanks for the info. I’ll do that if the problem happens again.
