I have a question. I would like to use monthly or quarterly mosaic data for my analysis and I saw that there are also montly or quarterly NDVI mosaics available. But I do not see how to get them? I tried everything, in QGIS, ArcGIS, Planet Explorer, Planet Orders, etc. Has this to do with my Education and Research Standard (PlanetScope) subscription?

Thanks for your question!
We create NDVI mosaics only for SR basemaps, which are not included with an E&R license, however you can you can download scenes individually (or use the composite tool to create your own mosaic) and calculate the NDVI (or any index) on your end!
You could also try using Sentinel Hub to do this processing in the cloud.
