Issue with PlanetScope product type 'Harmonized'

Hi, I’m having issues with the ‘harmonized’ PlanetScope data products.I have been downloading several such scenes and after saving the extracted data folders on disk, the products seem not be the harmonized versions of the scenes. I posted a related question in the forum some months ago but I realize that, from my part I correctly choose the data product to be ‘harmonized’ (please see attachment temp_screenshot.jpg) while ordering. Nowhere in the downloaded files (.tif extension, manifest json file) is there an indication of the product being harmonized, it looks like an ordinary surface reflectance composite scene.For reasons I don’t understand, on the only 2 instances where I received properly annotated ‘harmonized’ products, the extracted folder had a different structure (attachment temp_screenshot_2.jpg). Usually each downloaded product gets extracted in a single folder that contains the ‘manifest’ and ‘catalog’ files.I would really appreciate some assistance/ clarifications here.

Sentinel-3 SLSTR WMS not working

I have Configuration with using Sentinel-3 SLSTR layer.The request return https://services.sentinel-hub.com/ogc/wms/xxxxxx?transparent=TRUE&tiled=true&version=1.3.0&service=WMS&request=GetMap&styles=&format=image/jpeg&layers=S3-F1&bbox=56.25,22.5,61.87499999999999,28.125000000000007&width=256&height=256&crs=EPSG:4326 return the error:Requesting only remote collections is not allowed. At least one requested collection must be hosted by the API endpoint. I am working on a geopolitical science project on a weekly basis, how to get the PlanetScope global image within 30 days but with a low revisit rate? I've noticed the MONITORING PLAN, but a high revisit rate doesn't fit my needs. Thank you!

SentinelHub Usage Monthly Statistics doesn't update quickly when a call is made

Hello, I was testing an API call to evaluate its cost, and I encountered what appears to be an issue with server-side caching. Here’s what happened:1. When I made the API call for the first time, the usage updated instantly.2. On a subsequent call, the usage did not update immediately and took much longer to reflect the change.3. I suspect that caching on the server side might be causing this delay.4. To troubleshoot, I added the Cache-Control: "no-cache" header in my request, and I then received an API response showing updated usage—different from what’s displayed on the dashboard.5. Because I frequently test single API calls to estimate the usage for larger jobs, having to wait several hours for the cache to expire is not ideal. Could you please disable caching for this endpoint in the dashboard to ensure the stats are updated in real time? Thanks, and feel free to ask any additional questions. Configuring SentinelHub API using SHConfig() in AWS Lambda

Hello,I have deployed a Python function as a containerized AWS Lambda function, which uses sentinelhub-py to request Sentinel-2 images via the Process API. However, I am encountering an issue when initializing SHConfig(). It appears that SHConfig attempts to write to a local configuration file (config.toml) in the default directory (~/.config/sentinelhub/config.toml), which is not writable in the Lambda environment due to its read-only file system.Since AWS Lambda only allows writing to the /tmp directory, I tried redirecting the configuration there, but I still encounter the following error: Error configuring Sentinel Hub client: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/home/sbx_user****' My Approach:I am passing the client_id and client_secret as environment variables and attempting to initialize the configuration as follows: import osfrom sentinelhub import SHConfig, SentinelHubRequest# Retrieve credentials from environment variablesCLIENT_ID = os.environ.get('SH_CLIENT_ID')CLIENT_SECRET

Bad bundle type - unable to accept order

I’m currently trying to download images using the planet api for item_type “PSScene” and product_bundle “basic_analytic_4b”, but I’m getting the error of “Bad bundle type: 'basic_analytic_4b'”. I already migrated over from PSScene3b but it doesn’t seem to have worked.Is there a new bundle type for the PSScene?Thanks!

Scaling and indices for bands for planet images

Hi,I am very new to remote sensing. I got raw images from planet scope for my area of interest through QGIS plugi. however before I calculate NDVI for my area. I need to normalised or scale the bands. When downloading Sentinel-2 L1C and L2A data from AWS public datasets, has the "Requester pays" been removed?

I am downloading Sentinel-2 L1C and L2A data from AWS public datasets, transferring approximately 1TB of data monthly from AWS to my office. According to the "Requester pays" policy, I should be charged for "data transfer fees from AWS to the internet".However, the AWS bill I received does not include this charge. Specifically, the data transfer metrics for the Frankfurt region show 0GB.My question is: Are users no longer required to pay data transfer fees? Has Planet assumed responsibility for these costs? Thank you.Additionally, my download command is: aws s3 cp requester s3://sentinel-s2-l2a/... The download succeeds without adding "--request-payer" to the command.

Issue with Retrieving NDVI Data from PlanetScope

Hi,We have started testing PlanetScope, but we are unable to retrieve NDVI data for the selected area.In My Collections, we created a Collection with ID, and we added a Subscription to it. The PlanetScope data was successfully loaded—we can see and download it via the web application.However, when we try to generate NDVI using the API endpoint https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/process, we do not receive any data. Data Access via API to my GEE Cloud project

I have access to the PlanetScope daily data under the Education and Research. I would want to access it via an API on my Google Earth Engine (GEE) cloud project where I would calculate variables using it such as NDVI then extract pixels for my modeling workflow. without necessarily downloading the full images but extracting portions (pixels) that will form my TFRecords. How may I do this?

Education and research XYZ tile server low resolution and downloads credit

Only zoom tiles load atHi,I’m trying to implement the tile server using the education and research license, but it only seems to show a low resolution version of the data. What’s the process to load the full resolution tiles? Also, I tried using the API to get 13 acres of data using a clip in the API for the AOI, but it used about half my Downloads Scene credit. Is it possible to collect data without having the entire tile count against credit used? Thank you!

Nevertheless, I have noticed that the expiration date of my Education and Research Account has passed. I would like to inquire whether it is possible to apply for an extension of the account validity period. Moreover, at present, I am in great need of a substantial amount of data.
