We are unable to download the satellite imagery.
The “Order” menu or the option to add items to the cart is not available on our account.
We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

If you are facing the same or similar issues, check what plan you have and ensure you have a package that includes commercial imagery.



If you only have the Exploration plan and wish to access/download commercial images, go to https://insights.planet.com/account/#/purchase and you will see the different plans.

Hit NEXT and you have the option to add commercial data.
You can select the data you need. And once you purchase from here, you can download imagery.
