Cant download PS image (basic +Area Under Management (Tier 2))

I spoke to the support team to try to identify what might be the issue and they informed me that you may have multiple accounts, so first step is to make sure you are logged in with the correct account! 

Here is a course on Introduction to Area Under Management (AUM) should that help!

I’ve following with them and they told me that the account was provisionated, but I cant order images so far.

Can you help me to figure it out the issue?
