500 & 403 errors when downloading a region

Hi, Just a simple (know) issue. It looks that this area is corrupted too, like it happened in this older topic: 500 and 403 error when downloading a certain region If you choose 2019-08-28 it doesn’t work (image is available via EO browser). Issue with Cloud Masking output with Process API

Process API allows us to get the Cloud mask together with the output band values as CLM or CPB. The pixe-wise CLM gives a wrong output on 2022-09-14 to 2022-09-17 some regions (I checked for some regions in Asia). But the "maxCloudCoverage"filter seems to be working fine. example which gave that the cloud cover is 0

Sentinel 2 Image Registration

Has anyone had problems with Sentinel 2 data not overlying exactly when looking at different image dates? Some scenes appear to be moving by at least one pixel (e.g. in Bands 2, 3 and 4). I am using L1C data.

Using platnet account to download data

Is there any difference if I use my planet account to download planetscope images rather than using sentinel apps such as eobrowser or request builder. If i download an area with planet account, then download the same area with different time using eobrowser. Does it count twice the quota or just one? It seems that data quality downloaded from planet account is better?

OsmSplitter class issue

Hi Sinergise,Find below a screenshot of an unexpected OsmSplitter output: I used zoom_level=12 as a parameter, but I see there are gaps between the generated output, whereas an OSM grid should not have any gaps. I tried to look into the source code but I cannot seem to spot the problem, so I was thinking that it may be due to a decimal rounding problem when dividing the latitude and longitude recursively to get to the specified zoom level.Let me know what you can find out. In the meantime I am not blocked, I am using the OSM grid through the CustomGridSplitter to get a gapless grid.Regards,

Discrepancy between FIS Request and EO Browser

Hi Guys, How are you doing? We’re facing some discrepancy between FIS Request and EO Browser I notice that in EO Browser the Cloud Coverage is made in frontend after the data is processed. What is better instance (NDVI for sentinel) to use ? SHRateLimitWarning - Statistical API

I wrote a Python script that uses SentinelHubStatisticalDownloadClient (using sentinelhub version 3.5.0), in the same way as described in this tutorial. When I run it I get SHRateLimitWarning: Download rate limit hit warnings.warn("Download rate limit hit", category=SHRateLimitWarning) and the script seems to never finish execution. So I changed the script in this way, thinking that I could slow down the script and avoid multiple parallel calls to the API: client = SentinelHubStatisticalDownloadClient(config=config, n_interval_retries=3, max_retry_threads=1)client.rate_limit = SentinelHubRateLimit(num_processes=client.config.number_of_download_processes, minimum_wait_time=0.5)index_stats = client.download(download_requests) But I still get the same behaviour. Any help greatly appreciated.

No imagery for the last 2 weeks

WGS 84 and pyproj (python eo-learn workflow)

Hello all, Using a shape file for my area of interest, I am having trouble moving forward with the following error: ValueError: sentinelhub-py supports only WGS 84 coordinate reference system with coordinate order lng-lat. However pyproj.CRS(4326) has coordinate order lat-lng. I used the fiona.to_string command and get: +init=epsg:4326 {‘datum’: ‘WGS84’, ‘ellps’: ‘WGS84’, ‘no_defs’: True, ‘proj’: ‘longlat’} . Does sentinelhub-py automatically see EPSG=4326 and assume lat-long? Anyone else have this problem?

Problem with WMS and Custom Evalscript

Hello, I have a system to help rural producers with crop irrigation. I’m trying to apply NDVI with Sentinel HUB on my Google Maps. 400 Client Error for SentinelHubInputTask (Sentinel 1)

Hello. Using SentinelHubInputTask, I want to retrieve S-1 data for a time period in multiple bboxes. I am requesting IW, descending, VV+VH, sigma0 backscatter coefficient, output in Float32. I get the following Error: sentinelhub.exceptions.DownloadFailedException: During execution of task SentinelHubInputTask: Failed to download from: https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/process with HTTPError: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/process Server response: "{"error":{"status":400,"reason":"Bad Request","message":"Output custom requested but missing from function setup()","code":"COMMON_BAD_PAYLOAD"}}" If create a request without the evalscript, it works (but I need dB conversion and I am also not sure that i get Sigma0 coef.). Landsat on Sentinel Hub QGIS plugin?

I’m trying to download old landsat imagery on QGIS. This is available on the Sentinel Hub EO Browser but is it also possible on the Sentinel Hub QGIS plugin? If not, can anyone recommend me a way? Thanks, Sam

ValueError: sentinelhub-py supports only WGS 84 coordinate reference system with coordinate order lng-lat. However pyproj.CRS(4326) has coordinate order lat-lng I get this error when I use the bbox_splitter = UtmZoneSplitter([country_shape], country.crs, 5000) Most probably the problem is with country.crs. Can you help me resolve?

Statistical API 'EXECUTION ERROR' for larger polygons

Hi, I have just signed up for a trail account and I am noticing that the workflow on the python documentation is not working with larger more complex geometries (> ~20,000 sq km). (Sentinel Hub Statistical API — Sentinel Hub 3.3.0 documentation) It works beautifully with simple and smaller polygons but anything larger (size of a large county or region) it seems to crash out with the following error: Is there a limit or something that might cause this? Issue Retrieving Sentinel-2A Data for Year 2018

I have been utilizing your service to download Sentinel-2A images for remote sensing analysis. However, I recently encountered an issue when attempting to retrieve data for the year 2018. Specifically, the images I receive are entirely black, even though the same request for the year 2022 returns appropriate, usable data. Notably, this is a new issue. About six months ago, I used the same script for downloading data for 2018 and it worked perfectly, returning the expected images. Here are the specifics of my request: -I am utilizing the Sentinel Hub Python package to access and download the data. -The geographic region of interest is specified in a KML file, which I use to create the geometry for the request. -I am using an evalscript that requests all bands from the Sentinel-2A data. -The time interval I am requesting is from April 15th to October 1st, 2018. -The exact same request, but for the year 2022, returns expected, non-black images. Given these details, I am puzzled as to why

FIS request provides only date without seconds, minutes and hours

Hello all, just noticed that the FIS services provides the statistical data along with date in format YYYY-MM-DD. Does it have a reason? If not, I would kindly ask to add hour, min, and sec. thanks in advance, Marcela

OGC API multiple instances

Hello, I have a web application set up, and I am using the configuration utility to set up an instance. From what I understand, using the OGC API enables only one output, therefore I have to choose if I want to return the pixel value or the visualization (while using eval script). I thought a workaround could be setting up two instances and then using one for the pixel value and the other for the visualization. Has anyone tried this? Or have different suggestions?
