How to remove cloud cover from RapidEye?

Hi, Hope you are doing well. I have downloaded nearly 50 tiles of the wet tropical rainforest of Australia, and a few tiles have severe cloud cover even after applying the filter function of Planet Explorer. So, how can I remove those clouds? Unfortunately, there are no reference images available without Cloud for those locations in near times (2019). I am using QGIS. Any suggestions in this matter are highly appreciated. Kind regards,Shawkat

SkySat 0.5m high resolution images

Hi I was trying to search SkySat 0.5m high resolution images on the Planet Explorer by checking SkySat scene and collect, somehow I couldn’t find anything anywhere. About half year ago, I could find these images at many locations. I saved a few links with for those search results and these links don’t work anymore. I just wondered if there is any change to the SkySat data archive lately? My search for 3m PlanetScope images is usually successful at many locations and date ranges.I would really appreciate it if someone could help me on this.

Regarding planet story through an event

Please advise me on how to create a planet story through a flood event. A few months earlier I was able to create a planet story through a flood event, the imagery showed the time-lapse daily, but today I was trying to create a similar story for a different watershed and was unable to find imagery on a daily basis, only one image was available for the whole month.

Unable to add images to cart on Planet Explorer

Selecting images that can be viewed in Planet Explorer and adding them to the cart is no longer possible. There is no cart icon available. I am a participant in the Education and Research Program. Have I reached my monthly download limit? Last month, I actually went a touch above my limit a little. I also tried to download a past order again to see if the order itself could be placed. However, assets are not configured.

unable to download ordered image

Hi, I’ve submitted an order via the planet explorer and got an email with the download link.However, the download always failed.the zip file has 99 images with a size of ~40GBis it too big to download? If so, if it possible to ask you to divide the big zip file into small ones?PS, I can download these images via api, will I be charged again? best,Haiyan

Import file in Planet Explorer: Cannot read properties of null

Hello all,I have a shapefile of my region of interest which I want to import to Planet Explorer. It is a multi-polygon layer which is displayed in QGIS without problems.Upon importing the .shp, I receive the error “Cannot read properties of null (reading 'coordinates')”. If I try importing it along with all its associated extensions (.dbf, .prj, .shx), the error changes to “This is an unsupported projection.”My projection is EPSG:25832 - ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N and I also tried EPSG:4326 - WGS84.How could I solve this?Thank you in advance!

Hello Dear Members, I am doing a research on Eastern Europe 2013 floods specifically the flood happened in Elbe River, Germany. But so far, I can not find any image or type of data older than 2015-2016. If anyone has an idea how to solve a problem I would be grateful. Regards,
