Hi,

We have purchased a new plan as our current plan expires tomorrow. But the wiretransfer payment stays for several hours in status “approved”.

Is some more action from our side required? Or how long does it take till the payment proceeds to “paid” status? 

We are little nervous as we need the account to have a valid plan without interruption.

Hi Roman,

after executing the “wire transfer” option, you should have received a quote with instructions (bank account number, etc.). The payment then needs to be done by your team. 

Banks typically process transactions in 1-3 business days, after which the account will be provisioned.

Have you not received the quote by e-mail?

Hi Grega, Thank you for your quick reply!

We received the email and did the payment immediately. But did not count with the days of bank transfer. And since it is Friday, the transaction will be processed probably after the weekend.

May we kindly ask you to pro-long our Basic plan till the payment proceeds (Monday?) so that our services are not restricted on Sunday?
