Very High Resolution Image Mosaic 2018

I found this mosaic image for the German state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, also from Sentinel 2:

I need this for Europe, too.

How can I download the Very High Resolution Image Mosaic 2018? I am logged in, but there is no Download tab. Can I use a GIS program to download the tiles and merge them into mosaic of desired resolution? Thanks!
