Hello, I am trying to order a SPOT image with id ‘02eda197-b2fb-403f-9ed8-9902f552dd42’ but I am getting a FAILED order. I’ve tried multiple times, with different close aois, but with the same result. For different images it works fine, so I am assuming there is a problem with this specific image. I can retrieve the thumbnail, nevertheless. Is there a way to know more about the issue ? Thanks.

The order has status failed at the Airbus’ side. We have contacted them for further information and will inform you when we know more.

Airbus confirmed that there is a problem for this specific order on their side. Together with them we identified a work-around but we will need more info about the what data you need. I will contact you via email.
