Message Tile Missing Exception

I’m getting the error message when trying to download images from Sentinel 2 (L1C), as of 07/11/2018.

If run: sentinelhub.aws --tile *T22KGV 2018-11-21

return:

Is it possible to check the reason for this error?

Hi @ti1,

It seems that there is a problem on Sentinel Hub Opensearch service which is a public endpoint for querying info about Sentinel-2 tiles. From 8th of November onward the data is missing on Opensearch.

We are looking into the problem and will let you know when it is fixed. Thanks for raising this issue.

The problem has been fixed on the Sentinel Hub Opensearch service. If you run your code again it should work now.

Thanks, I’m restarting the service, but I tested it and some images returned without the exception.
