Hello,

 

I understand it is possible to view direct messaging when opened from an email; however, is it possible to directly view any available messages or send them to others?

Hi Aaron, as of now, our community platform does not support direct messaging beyond responses to automated email communications. We will let you know if this feature becomes available in the future.
