Tropical basemap not showing along dateline on Taveuni Island, Fiji

Question

Hello. I need help understanding why i am unable to view all of Taveuni Island on the tropical basemap. The international dateline crosses the island so now i basically have more than half of the island unavailable for monitoring forests. Can someone help me figure out a solution?

This is March of this year. April and May both havesome cloud cover but still provide at least 50% of the island.

Thank you for this feedback. We have confirmed there is only partial or even nocoverage overTaveuni Island in the Biannual Tropical Basemaps during 2015-2017. This improves between 2018 – 2020, with little-to-no coverage gaps starting early in 2021 inthe Monthly Tropical Basemaps.These gaps are due to insufficient satellite collections over the region during earlier years when we the Planetscope constellation was not atcurrentcapacity.
