To be eligible for the Education & Research (E&R) program, you must register with your institution email. Any other email may be used for the other programs. Check out Get Started with Planet to see a full list of programs Planet offers.

Hi, Thank you for the response. Planet support team suggested me to have an another account under the Education and Research Program using a different email id. But the education and research program is asking for university email id. As I already used my office email address for the NICFI program. SO can i use my Gmail address to create the Education and Research account?
