I recently read about researchers using satellite imagery to measure the probability of a disease outbreak of monkeypox. The research is based on the encroachment of human settlements into dense forests with known habitat for rope squirrels who transmit the disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3237841/ I would love to hear about medical studies using Planet imagery.
