On your website you say a subscription will allow you to order data from a catalog. When you pay your subscription fee, and spend a couple of hours going back and forth with support, you discover that your subscription doesn’t include any data, and you have to buy a whole other package with is substantially more to even use it. The user interface on your websites are terrible. More than that, you go to cancel a subscription and the first thing is says is ‘no refunds’, instead of asking what you might do better.
Whoever is in charge of turning your data into products needs to completely re-evaluate their approach. I’m a senior software dev and if I can’t figure out what you have after a couple hours, then how would anybody with a less technical skillset approach you. More than that, you have no numbers a person can call aside form a random number from San Francisco that zero people respond to.
