Unable to subscribe an AOI: Insufficient quota''

Hello!

We are trying to start a new subscription but it says we have insufficient quota.

We purchased one Tier 2 package so we should have 1 km2 available and we are trying to subscribe to an AOI of 0.21 km2 but it’s not letting us.

The id of the subscription starts with: 15fee1cc-5516-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Could we get some help?

we did not correctly configure the quota for your new package. You should be able to start your subscription now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
