Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue when attempting to add multiple tiles to a single BYOC Collection on both Sentinel Hub and Planet Insights Platform (Beta). When uploading tiles captured on different dates, explicitly specifying unique timestamps for each, I receive an error indicating a mismatch between the provided datetime and the original tile's datetime.

For example, I have tiles dated September 8, September 13, and September 18. When attempting to upload these tiles, the system successfully ingests the first tile (September 😎 but returns errors for the subsequent tiles (September 13 and 18). The error message suggests that the system cannot locate the initial tile from September 8, despite it being clearly uploaded and visible.

This behavior persists whether using the dashboard interface or making API requests. I followed the instructions outlined in the 'Add multiple tiles to a single collection' section of the Sentinel Hub documentation: Sentinel Hub BYOC Example.

Could anyone advise why this issue occurs or suggest a solution?

Thank you for getting back.  Yes, I opened a ticket but it was not about the BYOC I raised here.  Plus, it doesn’t seem to be merged yet (I confirm that the ticket you created is belog to me now).
