Statistical API server down! | Planet Community

Team,

I am working on an urgent project and this morning the Stats API server @ https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/statistics appears to be down. Im getting a 503 Service Unavailable from requests that have been operational. I noticed some outages for a short period of time last night but the server now appears to be down for the past hour. Can you let me know whats going on and a timeline for it to be reinstated.

This might have been happening due to temporary spikes in service load. This can unfortunately happen sometimes - if you repeat such requests they will eventually succeed.

We’re working hard to improve the service and minimize this events.

services still seem to be down - at least for this endpoint: code-de.sentinel-hub.com/api/

There were some infrastructure issues in the datacenter hosting the code-de endpoint.

This was resolved about 2 hours ago and services are back and operational since then.
