Hello, everyone.


Lately I’ve been using the Sentinel-5P Pre-Operations Data Hub to download Sentinel-5P data for my thesis research, mainly the Level-2 OFFL products.

However, I noticed today that the data are now labelled as “Offline”, and after a quick search I found that the data are asynchronous, even though I remembered quite clearly last week I was able to download the L2 CO data just fine. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you beforehand.

We do not operate the Copernicus Open Access Hub, but Sentinel Hub services. Therefore, for questions related to data availability on Copernicus Open Access Hub, I would recommend you contact the ESA support: eosupport@copernicus.esa.int .
