we can check what is the issue if you provide sufficient information, such as:

• exact location of the missing data


• product IDs from the Copernicus SciHub

You have to understand that there are more than 10000 scenes ingested each and every day and we cannot check each of these manually.

we have identified the issue, which resulted in non-optimal ingestion of L2A products. The issue was mitigated and the backlog is being processed.

I believe that the data at your location are already processed.
