I have tried multiple times to get Airbus satellite imagery from multiple locations, yet i still receive the same error every time. can you please explain to me a way to solve the problem?

Thanks for your response. It has been a month since I last faced the issue with acquiring Airbus imagery. I am still getting the same problem and I cannot seem to be able to buy Pleiadus or Spot quota. What is the solutions to the problem?
