Last week my account had reached the limit of processing units. So we upgraded to the Basic plan and the purchase has already been approved. However, when entering the WMS URL in QGis, to add a new layer, I get the following error: Download of capabilities failed: Error transferring https://services.sentinel-hub.com/ogc/wms/{My ID}? SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities - server replied: Forbidden
I’ve been using WMS for over two years and I’ve never received this error. It occurs both in different versions of QGis as well as in different internet networks.
Can anybody help me?
