Maxar failure - COMMON_BAD_PAYLOAD - Invalid JSON

I tried to order Maxar Satellite imagery but i keep getting the following error which I cannot solve:

Request failed with status code 400

COMMON_BAD_PAYLOAD

Can you please provide the steps you are doing, so that we can try to reproduce your error?
