Hello, I keep getting a “download queued” message when I try to download Sentinel 2 images using the Snap app, but it goes nowhere. I have tried leaving my computer on all day, but I still get the same message each time I look.

This is not related to Sentinel Hub, but probably to SciHub. I suggest you contact Copernicus support or SNAP forum.

That was fast, many thanks, I will do that right now. Maybe you can answer another question I have, when I try to find Sentinel 2 data over Oman I keep getting the message, “no products found”, whereas I have downloaded Sentinel 2 imagery over this area using SCP in Qgis, but I can’t bring this imagery into Snap to do analysis???
