Cannot find products in the create order step

Question

Hi,I'm currently new to EO Browser. I want to order some products in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, but every time I tried to create an order with a product I just queried, it just showed an error '404 error Product not found.' Detail is in this GG doc link: Details on how I ordered my product.I also posted a topic on the Sentinel Hub forum, but it took really long for someone to reply to me: Topic: Cannot find products in the create order step.I really need someone to help me on this problem. I need the data soon to test on my project. Thank you very much
