Dear Sentinel Hub support team!


I am struggling with changing both the password and the email to which my account is connected. I receive the emails to reset the password and I do it, but then I can´t login with the new password and I can still login with the old one. What should I do?

Please email us at info@sentinel-hub.com with a request to change your email address associated with your Sentinel Hub account. In the email please specify:


We will change the email address for you. After that you should be able to change the password as well.
