Recently, we encountered 429 errors when the sentinel API was called to know the status of planet orders. It seems there is a limit for API calls. Please let us know how this can be resolved.

do I understand correctly that the SH endpoint https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/dataimport/orders (or https://services.sentinel-hub.com/api/v1/dataimport/orders/[orderId]) is returning 429? This endpoint does not have any limits that you could reasonably exceed. Can you please try again and tell the exact time when this happens/happened?


The search endpoint, on the other hand, is limited.
