Update on the atmospheric data used in the creation of Surface Reflectance (SR) Products

For atmospheric data used in the creation of our Surface Reflectance (SR) products, we have switched our MODIS Terra fallback from MODIS Aqua (which is retiring) to VIIRS. A very small percentage of scenes require fallback, so there is minimal impact.
