We’re excited to announce a new feature in the tasking dashboard: Archive Tasking Ordering!
 

With SkySat archive in Tasking, you can now access SkySat Archive Imagery within your tasking order creation flow. Here’s how it works:

When selecting an Imaging Window for Assured Tasking, or choosing your Time of Interest for Flexible Tasking, you will see any available Archive imagery that overlaps with your AOI (area of interest). You’ll have the option to select this Archive imagery instead of placing a Tasking Order if it meets your needs.

If you are using the APIs, we’ve included an example in the documentation to help you integrate this new functionality into your workflows: Planet Tasking - Archive Order Creation. 
 

Please note that while SkySat Archive may not be available for every location, when an image matching your AOI is available, it will appear as an option during your order creation process.
