I followed your instruction and create a subscription, however I receive this message:

May I ask what could be the problem

It’s possible your account may not be configured for the Field Boundaries product, please contact support to discuss anything account related by submitting a request at the Help Center or let me know and I can open a ticket on your behalf. Thanks!
