I have a basic user account. How can I have access to the high resolution planet scope data and UDM2?

do i need to have a separate develop account?

Hi, Thank you for the response. Planet support team suggested me to have an another account under the Education and Research Program using a different email id. But the education and research program is asking for university email id. As I already used my office email address for the NICFI program. SO can i use my Gmail address to create the Education and Research account?
