Satellite imagery demonstrates the ongoing deforestation within a palm oil firm in Palma province of Indonesia. Although the environment ministry canceled permits of 137 palm oil firms, activity in the concessions, overlapping with the land of the Namblong Indigenous community, continued. To analyze the land clearing, Aidenvironment provided evidence through the Planet-NICFI basemaps.
