Hi,
The FIS service has been deprecated since 2022 so I would advise against building any application based upon this service. Please do make use of Statistical API which replaced FIS and is far more feature rich.
Reading the URL of your request though: a Maximum cloud coverage of 1% is likely the reason you are not returning any data as very few images are 100% cloud free.

+2Hello William. Thank you for the feedback. All was working until beginning of July. Can you please give me an example eval script for NDVI values? (Our imagery is still displaying correctly) It is the index values that is giving the problems.
