Image not retrieved

Hi, I am using Planet Explorer for an educational research program.
The other day, around 8 pm (CST), Explorer stopped retrieving images.
Of course, I did not exceed the usage limit, nor did I change any settings, I was logged in and using it as usual.
I can't find a solution whether this behavior is a bug or a problem on our end.
If you could help us, we would appreciate your response.
