To question 1, I am sharing a bit of info about UDM 2 here. That is our Usable Data Mask product, which helps determine which pixels are obscured by clouds, shadows, snow or haze. The harmonized clip is the imagery asset, with harmonization calibrated to Sentinel-2. To learn more about this, see this support article.
As to the second question, that deals with account and quota usage, so needs to be routed to the support team. I have raised a ticket via email with this question to that team, where you can provide more information about which duplicate order you have placed.
